Refunds, Discontinuation and Prorated Fees:
Capital Water Polo has a firm NO REFUND POLICY regarding water polo season/session fees and registration fees for registered players.  We also have a firm NO PRORATED SEASON/SESSION POLICY.  Capital Water Polo has financial commitments involving annual contracts executed at the start of every season,  which are based on player registrations, and as such, is obligated to fulfill these contracts .  We understand that players may experience illness, injury or over commitment some time during the season that may inhibit full participation.  While we regret these challenges, NO REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE AND/OR SEASON/SESSION FEES can be made for players who miss practice time.

Tournament Fees:

CWP will collect most tournament fees after the completion of each tournament via Paypal.  Once the costs have been finalized tournament fees will be posted to players accounts.  These fees are to be paid by the first of the month following the posted date.  Players who sign up for a tournament are committed to pay the tournament fee regardless of attendance. Any payments not received by the 1st of the month in which they are due will incur a $25 late fee.  If payment has not been received by the 10th of the month the player may not participate in any CWP activity until payment has been received. Discounts: CWP offers a 10% sibling discount.  This discount is applied to all sibling players after the initial oldest player.  All athletes must be current with membership and tournament fees to participate in additional tournaments.

Payments are accepted through Paypal.  All Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.  A $25 late fee will be charged to payments received after the above mentioned payment due date or 10 days after Registration date.
